Getting Ahead: Tips for Prospective Students!

As the middle of the school year approaches, those who are thinking about applying to FIT should really consider taking courses that are transferable to reduce costs and time! As an avid AP student in high school, I was determined to pass my Advanced Placement tests.

Hard work now… pays off in the future!

During my academic advisement before registration for next semester, I was told that I will be able to graduate with a BS in Advertising and Marketing Communications due to the surplus of transfer credits I had from passing so many AP tests! (not to sound like a snob, it’s hard work!) If you are in highschool, I sugguest taking as many AP courses that FIT accepts in order to save you money and time! This goes out to all transfer students as well! Utilizing transfer credits will really make a difference and have motivated myself to push harder until the end that is near!

Until next time… xoxo

Notes From the 6 Train: Webcastin’ & Livestreamin’

Exciting news for all the students looking to transfer to FIT. This Thursday, from 10:00-11:30, I am going to be talking on a live webcast addressing all questions you have. This is the first time we’re doing this a live webcast (also, my first time I will be doing one ever, eep eep!)

Transferring schools, credits and towns can be tricky so I think this will be a good time to clear up some questions from someone who has experienced it all.
