Supply chain and sourcing managers are in consonant motion to keep ahead of developing trends, manufacturing capabilities, pricing initiatives, global economies and political unrest. Over the decades we have moved between distributors, wholesalers, buying offices, agents, overseas offices, and factory direct. Most companies quickly realized that a mix of sourcing initiatives provide the best balance and allows for growth through multiple collaborations.
