In May of every year, the FIT campus becomes an extended gallery, as the graduating students in the School of Art and Design display their work for all to see. These accomplished students create pieces in 17 disciplines, ranging from advertising and graphic design to computer animation to fashion. The Museum at FIT, campus lobbies, and various display cases are filled with paintings and sculpture, jewelry and accessories, textiles and toys and more. Films and animation presentations are shown on monitors and a special installation by Visual Presentation and Exhibition Design students take over the Pomerantz lobby.
The Class of 2017 show will be on view from May 13-25, 2017. We invite you to join us for a special guided tour. RSVP to reserve a space for May 18 or May 19.
