As students get ready to venture out on their own careers, the HP Club recently hosted the International Design & Furnishings Association Career Night at FIT.
The IFDA put together an expert panel that discussed career choices and must have skills sets from different areas of the industry. Where to find posted positions, what to put on your resume, how to get an interview, what to bring on the interview, and how prospective employers interpret resumes and applications gave the students real world perspectives.
