Professor Hediger’s Teaching Philosophy:
My philosophy in art, as well as in life, is to live by example. My passion for the subject, to create visual images through photography, is one I like to share in the classroom with my students.
On Precollege Programs:
To see high school students come into a college setting and develop a fondness for the subject is rewarding to me both as an artist and a teacher. I thoroughly enjoy being there with them at a rather critical time in their careers as students moving from high school into college. Teaching Precollege has been a great pleasure as I get to watch talent develop at a very early state.
