How do I insert equations into my assignments?

How do I insert equations into my assignments?

ANSWER: There are a few ways to do this butI will show you the simplest way below.

* Look at the top of your GoogleDoc. You should see the Choice INSERT to the right of the file bottom at the topmost part of your document.
* Click on INSERT then select Equation...
* Either an equation field will automatically show up in your document or you can click on the NEW EQUATION button to see this little field.
* You will see 5 categories next to the new equation button. We will be using the 1st and 4th categories the most.
1st category: greek letters (mu, sigma...)
4th category: fractions, x bar...
* Select what you want to use and write your equation.
* When done you can just click outside the equation editing field or press enter.
* I like to highlight the equation and change the text size to 24 or so. This way it will come out nice and large.

---> If you want to write similar equations in the same GoogleDoc just copy and paste the equation then edit it. This will save you time.
