Howard Brown
- Self-employed environmental design consultant
Howard Brown is a Lecturer in Sustainable Design at FIT and has been a pioneer in corporate environmental sustainability for many years. He taught environment and resource planning at Yale and Wesleyan universities for 18 years. He founded and directed an environmental management consulting firm where he worked with dozens of multi-national corporations to improve their environmental performance. He has also founded and served on the boards of several innovative environmental education NGOs. Most recently, Howard co-founded and advises dMASS (www.dMASS.net) a start-up business building a data platform that tracks thousands of sustainable innovation technologies around the world and matches them with corporate problems. He loves to share his experience with students.
