“La vita e´una combinazione di magia e pasta” – Federico Fellini
The above quote by Federico Fellini describes life pretty well I believe, life is a combination of magic and pasta. Seeing the world through cuisine and food is something definitely worth indulging in during study abroad. For this blog post I wanted to share 6 of some of my favorite pastas I have had throughout Italy so far which made life magic. Cooking is definitely an art but eating it is an art as well and I have enjoyed trying different types of pasta all over the country. Another great thing about eating out in Italy as a student, especially Florence, is the access to amazing restaurants/trattorias, etc. which are affordable, and a nice relief compared to the prices in New York City. With affordable prices and some of the best food you will ever eat, do as Federico Fellini and enjoy the magic of life through pasta!
