See your Tech Help Tickets online
Did you know that you can access any submitted Tech Help tickets online? Visiting the Tech Help Self-Service site here: http://techhelp.fitnyc.edu Log in with your FIT username and password and click on the “My Tickets” option under the main menu bar and you will see all of your current help tickets.
