We are all used to getting spam mail in our inbox, but I received a fake request from what appears to be the FIT customer service desk this morning and was surprised at the amount of FIT content it was able to include to disguise itself as a genuine communication. The message had even pulled in one of the FIT logo images. This is just a reminder to please delete these messages immediately and to never click on any of the provided links.
All authentic communication from Customer Service or the Information Technology department will come from TechHelp or IT for FIT.
If you are unsure about the authenticity of any IT related message please email email@example.com or call 7-TECH if you are faculty or staff, or 7-HELP if you are a student.
