I am reaching out in regard to a request I submitted about two weeks ago concerning a 25 Live login issue. I cannot recall the ticket number (I deleted the email, so sorry!) but was curious as to the status of the order.

Thank you for your post. You have the ability to see all of your tickets by visiting the Tech Help Self Service site here:
Log in with your FIT username and password and click on the “My Tickets” option under the main menu bar. I will make Customer Service aware of the ticket as well.
