Illustrator for Fashion Design in Lynda.com

May 2, 2013 | By | Reply More

Lynda.comLynda.com is constantly coming out with more and more tutorials and one specifically caught my eye today on using Adobe Illustrator for fashion design.  Two new courses are now available:

Illustrator for Fashion Design: Drawing Flats walks you through drawing shirts, pants, skirts, and more, using custom brushes and symbols.

Illustrator for Fashion Design: Creating Brushes shows how to create and edit all types of Illustrator brushes with examples geared toward fashion design.

Lynda.com is free to all current FIT students and employees. If you haven’t done so yet, set up your account with your FIT email address.  Tutorial on how to do this can be found on this older post.
