On Wednesday November 28th from 7am-9am, IT must apply critical upgrades to expand the phone system in support of the new Advisement Center. Users may experience sporadic outages of the phones during this window of activity. After 9am if a user phone is not functioning a simple reboot should be performed. A reboot to the phone is performed by unplugging the left cable for a few seconds and reinserting the cable.
