IT team members from the Help Desk, Media Services and Academic Computing will be attending customer service training on Monday, June 11, 2012 from 9am to 4:30pm. For this day only, the telephones will be staffed by non-technical personnel. Therefore, we will not be able to provide immediate resolution to user requests. We ask that you hold all non-critical support requests until Tuesday June 12.
Any technology emergencies may be called into 212-217-TECH. Please inform the attendant the matter is urgent and appropriate IT staff will be dispatched
