New TechHelp Self Service Site

IT 4 FIT is happy to announce that we have a new improved site for Self Service. Our previous site only allowed Students, Faculty and Staff to view Frequently Asked Questions. Our new site does that and much, much more.

Students, Faculty and Staff can go to TechHelp.fitnyc.edu, log in with the same username and password they use for MyFIT. On this site you can view FAQ’s, request help by submitting a ticket to TechHelp, view previously submitted tickets and view messages from the IT Department.
