Thanks for your question. You will find instruction on the IT Self Service Help Desk site. The instructions can be found under “Most Popular Topics.”
If you are still having trouble after following the steps there, you should contact Customer Service by either calling 212-217-4357, or visiting during the following hours. If you are trying to connect a laptop, please note that there are special hours designated for laptop help.
