The mouthpiece on my office telephone no longer
transmits my voice well. I sound so distant that often people cannot hear
me. It’s not a hardware problem — I tried swapping hand pieces and the
problem was still there.
The problem is probably about two weeks old and seems to be getting worse.
In order to solve this issue, you will need to get in contact with Telecom and open a ticket. Please call the Faculty/Staff Customer Service line at 212-217-TECH (8324), and press “6″ at the first menu to obtain assistance with “Telecom, voicemail, or wiring” problems.
