ASK IT form questions & comments:

“I can’t access Lynda.com Training anymore. It asks me for a login, and my

FIT login doesn’t work. I’ve used it throughout the semester, and it’s been

a huge help. Will it ever be available again?”

Answer:

Hello Melvin,

To access Lynda training, you must use the link called “Lynda.com Training” that is on the right hand side when you login to the MyFIT portal under “FIT Web Resources.” Unfortunately, it is not set up to accept your FIT username and password on the direct Lynda.com site, so your username and password will not work if you try them there.

Also, if you did try to access Lynda through the MyFIT portal between December 27th through January 4th, there were some technical issues that Lynda was having at this time which have since been resolved.

If you are still having trouble accessing the training, you should contact Customer Service in room C305B, or call the student help number, 212-217-HELP (4357).

Thanks,

Amanda
