Ask IT: Where to Change Your Password

December 27, 2010 | By | Reply More

question from 12/23:

ASK IT form questions & comments from Jean Deniro:

I am a Professor in English and Speech and I forgot to CHANGE my password. AS a result I CANNOT get into my e-mail or any other area of the FIT website.

There is NO PLACE on the FIT website that directs a Faculty member (who has forgotten to change their password) to an address where I can do this change ONLINE.

CAN YOU ASSIST ME IMMEDIATELY-I NEED ACCESS TO MY E-MAILS AS IMMEDIATELY.

I have given you my NEW YORK UNIVERSITY e-mail because I cannot access ANY E_MAILS you send me using my FIT e-mail (jean_deniro).

Thank you,

JEAN DENIRO

answer from 12/23:

Hi Jean,

You can change your password on the log-in page of the MyFIT, which can be found here: http://myfit.fitnyc.edu
You may also call Customer Service at 212-217-8324, and someone will be able to assist you.  Since the college is getting ready to close for the holidays, I would suggest calling the customer service number right away.

Thank you.
