The phone system will not take my password, barring me from playing phone messages back— from off-campus. Is there a way to reset the password from off-campus? I don’t seem to have this option.
I checked with Telecommunications, and in order to change your password you will have to call 7-HELP and press option “3” for telecom. They will be able to open a request to change your password back to the default. In order for it to be changed, your identity is required to be verified, so there is not an immediate way to do that from a phone off campus. This keeps another person from accessing your personal mailbox.
