ASK IT form questions & comments:

From Elaine Maldonado:

Must I be on campus to approve edited Red Dot pages?

Hi Elaine, I reached out to Patty McGillin and here is the answer:

“No, you do not have to be on campus to approve pages. Tip: sometimes the link to approve a page will get blocked by your email client and you need to login via <>  and go to tasks to approve.”

Thanks for your question!

Thanks for this. I went into web files—to tasks to approve, but there are no tasks listed. This is odd since there are Rod Dot pages in my e-mail waiting for me. I’m a bit frustrated since I can’t seem do anything about them from off-campus.

Maybe I’m not following your directions properly?
