To help users resolve issues, the following instructions are provided, however, because of the multiple phone carrier configurations, and types of smart phones on the market, if these instructions do not fix the problem, please visit Customer Service in C305B, or call 7-HELP, for further assistance.

In response to the following “Ask IT” requests:

From Shiji Chacko:

I want to set up my Iphone with my FIT email for easier access to my mail.  To do so it asks me for Incoming Mail Server host name, Outgoing Mail Server host name, and VPN?  Can you help?

From Arthur Kopelman:

Ever since the recent updates (a few days ago) I have been unable to download e-mails to my PDA.  What should the outgoing and smtp now be set to?

Thanks to and Shiji and Arthur for sharing their questions with us!

I still can’t get my FIT e-mail on my iPhone 4. Should it be an Exchange account, or just a regular \add mail\ account? If the latter, what are the incoming and outgoing servers? Thank you!
