Account Access Denied

“Ask IT” Question from student Ivy Kim:

There is no problem to log in to myfit, but after i logged in, i can’t get into any other pages.  I can’t see my account statement and any other pages.

And it says ‘access denied’.

What should i do?

Answer:

Hello Ivy,

There could be several causes for the access issue you are experiencing such as a hold on your record, or an account problem.  A Customer Service rep with the proper authority will need to troubleshoot this with you by looking at your account.  Please visit C305b, or open a help ticket by calling 212-217-HELP, or emailing customer_service@fitnyc.edu.
