A Digital Facelift for B-915: The Technology Development Team’s Training Lab

October 22, 2009 | By | 2 Replies More

For the dozens of training requests the Technology Development Team (TDT) receives per month, upgrading their training lab (B-915) last spring to all iMacs was essential to be able to offer training on programs such as: MS Entourage, iMovie, Keynote, and more. The TDT isn’t abandoning its Windows XP operating system or exclusively adopting the Apple OS X. Instead, installed on B-915’s iMacs is a software called Boot Camp, which allows the option to be within either operating system. Turn a Mac into a fast, full-fledged Windows computer for those occasions when you are attending MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Camtasia Studio and much more. Visit the TDT’s website to learn more about the trainings offered this semester.
