You have a great idea for a small business. Now what?

In this course, you’ll learn startup basics, including how to create a business plan and explore your idea’s potential. You’ll also analyze costing techniques, discover the differences between a product and a service business, and gain insight about how to plan, manage, and deliver your goods or services.

The course is knowledge based and provides the hands-on instruction necessary to get your entrepreneurial spirit on the go and start a new business. You’ll get step by step instruction on how to start, run and maintain a successful business. You’ll learn how to create a synergistic environment, form a business, analyzed financial data, understand tax statements, supporting documentation, and populate your own business plan.
