This strategy is focused on community engagement, and is based on sharing images to overcome language barriers.  Another opportunity is to increase traction on the newly designed Moschino.com along with focusing on community tab. Their tactic is to focus on their fan community through a fun and engaging fashion.

First, users start off by selecting one of four branded frames that provide the illusion of a Polaroid, where the edges have been printed with polka dots, a checkerboard pattern, stripes or question marks.

Next, the user selects from a photo from their image gallery or is able to use their Webcams for a real-time picture.

Once the image selected has been placed inside the frame, the user is able to include a message on the corner of the image and share it with the Moschino Pic Me community found on the brand’s web site.

The community is able to engage with these images by commenting, ‘liking’ or sharing through Facebook.

Facebook is great for this engagement opportunities, because of the built in audience and easy opportunities to reach the community’s networks.
