Ciao a tutti!

It's that time again when the summer is nearing the end and the anticipation for the start of the school year builds.   This will be my third year at FIT studying Fashion Design, a subject I have had a passion for from a young age. I spent the previous school year studying abroad in the
beautiful rennaissance city of Florence, Italy. It was an unforgetable year where I
learned so much from the wonderful people I met in my travels, including
my amazing classmates who became my family for the year.  I
discovered my love for cooking, (I baked at least one cake every week) and realized
the importance of staying connected to world issues and news.  But what has stuck with me as
the most important lesson I could have learned is to keep an open heart and mind in every endeavor.

By the end of last school year, I was not ready to leave Europe. I still had places to travel and things to see.  I reasoned that I had to study abroad for another year.  So, this year I’m moving north of Florence to the fashion capital of the Italy: Milan.  I have been to Milan twice but not nearly
explored everything this incredible city has to offer.  This blog will be a composition of
my travel experiences, an account of my life abroad, and a collection of inspirations
 I find along the way.
