Sibylle, Thank you for sharing with us. Such warm memories I have of this lovely lady. Professor Russo has barely changed since I graduated in '83.

Wow! I'm just proud and happy to see a Black group of professionals working hard, dedicating their time, and concentrating on what it really takes to make it! The Panel needs to keep up the great work!

What a completely wonderful surprise. Erica, I know that you are an accomplished cook, chef and food writer. I would even say I regard you as an artist. I had, however, no idea of your background in the most artful of pursuits, fashion. A fashion foodista. I love the moniker.

In the brief time I have been writing, I have found that the joy and pleasure I derive from getting to know fellow writers knows no bounds. Thank you, as always, for sharing your culinary and green grocer wisdom. This recipe sounds delightful, perfect for this time of year. Complimenti!

Diane,

You an use the spring garlic oil on many types of delicate soups, fresh shell pea, zucchini, leek and potato. It works best with a hot soup though. It's also lovely on poached white fish or drizzled into a fish chowder.

Happy spring
